Important Return Information
Thank you for your order! Should you find it necessary to return any items, please observe the following return policies.

  • Call Customer Service Toll Free 1-800-334-1071 for a return authorization. Our staff is available Monday  - Friday 9AM till 12PM (Noon) and 1PM till 5PM (ET) except for major holidays.
  • Only clean, salable stock accepted - free of marks and labels.
  • Tapes and CDs are NOT refundable when opened.
  • Preview kits may not be returned for credit unless defective.
  • Defective products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or full credit.
  • Shipping errors, defective or damaged merchandise claims should be referred to our Customer Service Department. Please call (1-800-334-1071) to receive shipping instructions.

Other Important Details

  • Patch the Pirate Club orders that include anything other than books cannot be shipped Media Rate.
  • Patch the Pirate Club materials must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit. Please contact customer service (1-800-334-1071) to receive a return authorization code.
  • Bookstores: Returns of non-defective products will be credited at actual invoiced cost, less a 10% restocking fee. Only salable merchandise accepted, free of marks or labels. Only titles listed in the current catalog may be returned. Returns must be made within 12 months from the date of purchase. Prior verbal authorization must be obtained from the returns department by calling (1-800-334-1071).

Shipping Methods:

  • Ahoy mates! Thanks to you, our friends and customers, our crew is very busy trying to keep up with your orders. Please take note that orders placed at will be processed for shipping the morning of the following business day and will leave our warehouse within 2 business days after they are processed for shipping. Once your package is shipped, the carrier's advertised transit times are in addition to our 2 business day processing time. To calculate the expected delivery date, please total our processing time and the carrier's transit time. Thanks again for your continued support!
  • By clicking the Proceed to Checkout button you agree that your order is complete as shown and the pricing is correct. No changes can be made to your order after you complete the checkout process. If you have a question about your order, please contact our customer service staff before placing your order.
  • Orders over $125.00 in product amount will be sent UPS. Majesty Music reserves the right to adjust the stated shipping preferences on those web site orders with media mail selected.
  • Media Mail Options: The US Postal Service defines media mail to be "used for books, film, manuscripts, printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings, play scripts, printed educational charts, ... videotapes, and computer-recorded media like CDs and diskettes." Majesty Music reserves the right to adjust the stated shipping preference on those web site orders with media mail selected that do not meet the above qualifications.
  • Media mail can take 5 – 7 business days for delivery from the shipping date.
  • Caution! Time Critical Orders: Should it be necessary that you receive your order the Next Day, or within 2 or 3 Days, please place your order via our toll-free line: 1-800-334-1071 Monday - Friday 9AM till 12PM (Noon) and 1PM till 5PM (ET) to speak with a representative. Doing so will confirm stock availability and shipment departure time.
  • Due to the weight of the hymnals, shipping charges will be assessed at our office for the actual carrier charge. Thank you for your understanding.
