Patch App Gift Printable Card

A downloadable and printable card to use when gifting a monthly subscription to the Patch the Pirate Plus App. INSTRUCTIONS FOR GIFTER: Download, print, and fold this card. Next go to www.patchthepirate.org and purchase a subscription. When you purchase a subscription you will create a unique username and password. Write this information in the printed card for the Gift Recipient. They will then download the App and use the login info you provided to access the Patch Plus App. NOTE: Requires additional purchase of the Patch App from patchthepirate.org
