Important Return Information

Only clean, salable stock accepted - free of marks or labels.
Tapes and CDs are NOT refundable when opened.
Preview kits may not be returned for credit unless defective.
Defective products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or full credit.
Shipping errors, defective or damaged merchandise claims should be referred to our Customer Service Department. Please call (1-800-334-1071) to receive shipping instructions.
There is no restocking fee on Patch Club orders.
Bookstores: Returns of non-defective products will be credited at actual invoiced cost, less a 10% restocking fee. Only salable merchandise accepted, free of marks or labels. Prior verbal authorization must be obtained from the returns department by calling (1-800-334-1071). Only titles listed in the current catalog may be returned. Returns must be made within 12 months from date of purchase.
